In the wake of the tragedy of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan,
we stand in solidarity with our sister city family in Niimi.
Niimi is in the south of Honshu, safe. However, our thoughts are
with all those who have suffered so much.

For anyone wishing to make a donation to help the victims of this disaster, we recommend:
The American Red Cross
(you must select Japan earthquake and Pacific tsuami)
The Japan Society in New York City
